Chef Moises Carranza, one of the well-known chefs, will put together extravagant entrees that will wow each guest. With over 30 years of experiences in the Food and Beverage industry, Chef Moises have been a Chef de Cuisine for some recognizable restaurants starting with some of Disneyland's well known restaurants Ariel's Grotto and Blue Bayou. He also spent some time working at the Disneyland Hotel, Embassy Suits Hotel, 21 Ocean Front, Club 33 , Wolfgang Puck, and many other restaurants. However, his journey began with his remarkable culinary background where he earned Cypress College culinary Arts Program Associates Degree, traveled and completed the Hotel School Lausanne Switzerland certificate, and achieved Level 1 certified sommelier.
The kitchen is a place he feels at home, enjoys the exhilaration of cooking with his team, and creates aromas that filters to the dining area. Whether Chef Moises is at home or at work, he is constantly in the kitchen creating new recipes or cooking for guests, friends, and families.
